FAST22 is a transformative lifestyle for those seeking to strengthen their bond to the Spirit of God and foster a healthier, happier holistic lifestyle.
Creative souls, athletes, entrepreneurs, high-performers, or those seeking deeper connection with the divine, this is your invitation.
Have you ever wondered about the radiant, resilient souls who seem to glow inside and out, facing life's storms with unwavering strength?

It's no secret, actually.

It's FAITH!

and during FAST22, your faith will be tested, but if you endure, the possibilities for your life become limitless with God.
The purpose of this biblical fast is not to lose weight, but rather to gain deeper fellowship with God.
Anyone can fast, but some may not be able to fast from food (diabetics, for example).

Everyone can temporarily give up something in order to draw closer to God.

By taking our eyes off the things of this world, we can more successfully turn our attention to Christ.
Fasting is not a way to get God to do what we want.

Fasting is a way God can get us to do what he wants us to do.

Fasting changes us, not God!

THE LIFE.

"CHRIST RULES"

RULE 1: WAKE UP EARLY

Wake up before 7 a.m., but get 7 hours of sleep. Set and rise, at the same time.

RULE 2: SPEND TIME WITH GOD

Do spiritual training every morning with no phone or distractions. Meditating, praying, journaling, and reading the word of God for at least 10 minutes every day,

RULE 3: WORKOUT for 30m

Do some form of physical activity for at least 30 minutes; walking, running, stretching, riding a bike, or playing sports.

RULE 4: DANIEL FAST for 22hrs

Do a 22h Daniel Fast for 22 days; including prayer and meditating on the word of God while consuming only water, fruits, vegetables, and grains.

RULE 5: TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Write in a journal to record your experiences, both positive and negative, what you've learned, and what you will improve next time.

GENERAL RULE: GIVE YOURSELF GRACE IF YOU FAIL AND CONTINUE TO PERSEVERE

If you make any mistakes and cant follow the rules for a day, confess that and keep going. Keep going until you've completed 22 days and try again the next month.

REMEMBER

This challenge is about developing a closer relationship with God while improving and cultivating a healthier holistic happier lifestyle. Let's all be patient with ourselves, as we learn to carry the cross daily. May God bless this journey!
